An Acceptable Offer and the Contract of Sale



Once we have achieved our goal of an acceptable offer you can expect the following to occur:


  • The buyer will schedule a home inspection
  • Your attorney will prepare a Contract of Sale for the buyer's attorney to present to the buyers.  One all the modifications are agreed upon, both sides will sign the contract.  
  • An appraisal will occur by the buyer's bank and is vital for mortgage approval
  • The buyer will get their mortgage commitment
  • The closing date will be determined based on what is best for you and the buyer
